What happens when my 14-day trial ends?+
Your trial includes every Scale feature with no card required. When it ends, pick Grow or Scale — or stay on the free Sprout plan. Your data stays exactly where it is either way.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You only add a payment method if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe and you can cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. You keep free Sprout access to your account and data after cancelling.
Do brands need an account to use the Brand Portal?+
No. Brand contacts sign in with a passwordless link sent to their email — no signup, no password to manage.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?+

Is my work locked in?+
